One of the leading - FMCG ( Frozen food distribution ) company seeking a dynamic and results-driven Procurement Executive with proven experience in the UAE to join our fast-paced FMCG company. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in procurement practices within a multinational environment and a thorough understanding of UAE sourcing, supplier management, and regulatory requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and negotiate with local and international suppliers to procure quality goods and services at competitive prices.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process including vendor selection, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and payments.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods in line with business requirements and inventory planning.
• Develop and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and service providers.
• Monitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and KPIs.
• Ensure adherence to the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
• Conduct market analysis and stay updated with market trends to optimize procurement strategies.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Logistics, Finance, Marketing, Operations) to align procurement needs.
• Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with all UAE regulatory requirements and import/export procedures.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPM) is a plus.
• Experience in sourcing packaging materials and raw ingredients is highly desirable.
• Understanding of sustainable and cost-efficient procurement practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in procurement in an FMCG multinational company (Mandatory).
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of UAE local market, customs regulations, and supplier landscape.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Advance Excel Knowledge ( Pivot Table , V lookup Etc..)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
