Job Description:

1. Source and procure supplies, equipment, and services aligned with hotel needs and budget.
2. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
3. Maintain accurate records, monitor inventory levels, and resolve supply or quality issues promptly.
4. Collaborate with departments, forecast demand, and ensure compliance with policies and hospitality standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• Open to male candidates up to 45 years old and below.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of procurement experience, ideally in hospitality or service sectors.
