Job Title: Procurement Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Procurement Officer to support the sourcing and acquisition of goods and services essential to operations. This role ensures timely procurement of aircraft parts, ground handling equipment, catering, uniforms, and other operational supplies while optimizing cost, quality, and supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and negotiate with vendors for components, MRO services, and other aviation-related supplies.
• Manage purchase orders, contracts, and supplier relationships to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
• Work closely with engineering, maintenance, and finance departments to forecast procurement needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and support just-in-time supply chain strategies.
• Ensure all procurement activities align with regulatory and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of procurement experience, preferably in aviation or transportation.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Familiarity with aviation regulations (e.g., EASA, FAA) is a plus.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
