Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Buyer / Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will support procurement processes, vendor management, and documentation, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in line with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with RFQ, tenders, and other procurement activities.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to collect required documents and follow up on quotations.
  • Identify and onboard new vendors in the market.
  • Prepare purchase requests (PRs), local purchase orders (LPOs), and direct purchase orders.
  • Conduct product comparisons for food and non-food items.
  • Prepare commercial evaluations and assist with purchase agreements.
  • Support the procurement manager with documentation and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain secure data storage and procurement files.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication and vendor relationship management skills.
