Job Description

• Market Research & Analysis:

Stay updated on IT trends, products, and suppliers. Build relationships, negotiate terms, and evaluate vendor performance. Develop strategies to meet IT needs, balancing cost, quality, and performance.

• Budgeting:

Manage IT purchase budgets and track expenses.

• Product Selection:

Evaluate and select IT products that meet business needs and technical specifications.

• Contract Management:

Draft and manage contracts, ensuring compliance and meeting terms.

• Inventory Management:

Oversee IT asset tracking and stock levels. Work with IT and other departments to align purchases with company goals.

• Compliance & Risk:

Ensure procurement follows legal standards and manages risks.

• Reporting:

Track procurement activities and provide performance reports. Build strong supplier relationships and resolve issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

Degree holder in Computer-related degree/ Commerce or experience in IT industry (sales/non-sales).

Fluent in English, Hindi - other languages are a plus (French, Arabic).
