About the Role

We are seeking a Procurement Manager to lead logistics procurement initiatives across the Middle East. This role will focus on securing competitive resources for last-mile delivery, intercontinental transportation, and warehousing, while driving supplier optimization and cost efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring strong negotiation skills, logistics market insight, and a strategic mindset to support our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Procurement & Supplier Management

  • Develop procurement strategies and plans for last-mile delivery, intercontinental fleets, and warehousing aligned with business goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-quality logistics service providers to optimize performance and capacity.
  • Manage supplier relationships, conduct regular performance reviews, and ensure adherence to contract terms.

Cost Optimization & Negotiation

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings and increase procurement value.
  • Source and assess new suppliers to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Monitor market dynamics and adjust procurement strategies to maintain competitiveness.

Compliance & Process Improvement

  • Develop and implement procurement policies, workflows, and performance standards to ensure compliance and transparency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including operations, product, and sales to align procurement activities with overall business objectives.
  • Supervise on-the-ground execution of procurement processes and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in logistics procurement, supply chain management, or vendor management, preferably within the Middle East.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities
  • Deep knowledge of last-mile logistics, warehousing, and intercontinental transport
