We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join our prestigious and luxurious hotel group. As the Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for managing all procurement activities for our hotels, ensuring that we receive the best quality products and services at competitive prices.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the needs of our luxury hotels
Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best quality products and services at competitive prices
Monitor and analyze market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions
Work closely with hotel managers to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to optimize sourcing opportunities
Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms and conditions for our hotels
Conduct regular cost analysis to identify potential cost-saving opportunities
Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished in a timely manner
Oversee the procurement team and provide guidance and support as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years experience in procurement, preferably in the hospitality industry
Strong negotiation and communication skills
In-depth knowledge of procurement principles and best practices
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proven track record of cost reduction and process improvement
Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software
