Job Description

Procurement Responsibilities:

• Source and procure industrial, MEP, automation, and technical products from local and international suppliers.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
• Prepare purchase orders, coordinate with logistics teams for timely deliveries, and track shipments.
• Maintain and update procurement records, supplier databases, and product specifications.
• Liaise with internal departments to understand procurement needs and ensure stock availability.
• Evaluate supplier performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist in preparing landed cost calculations, manage vendor communications, and ensure timely invoicing and payment coordination.

Web Development/Design Responsibilities:

• Maintain, update, and optimize the company website (built on platforms like WordPress or Odoo CMS).
• Design and develop basic landing pages, banners, and content layouts for marketing or product promotion.
• Ensure the website is SEO-friendly, user-friendly, and responsive across devices.
• Upload/update product catalog, images, technical specifications, and other digital content.
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues or coordinate with third-party developers when needed.
• Assist with basic branding materials, email templates, and digital content creation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Commerce, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a trading or distribution company in the UAE.
• Working knowledge of web development/design tools such as WordPress, HTML/CSS, basic PHP, or Odoo CMS is required.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Familiar with Incoterms, import/export documentation, and product sourcing.
• Experience handling supplier coordination and inventory tracking.
• Basic graphic design or Adobe tools knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle dual responsibilities.
