We are looking to hire a Procurement Executive for our office in Dubai.

Job Overview:

The Purchasing Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing all procurement activities. This involves sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely delivery of products, Reporting KPI’s on timely basis. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, negotiation expertise, and a keen eye for attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential vendors based on company needs.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and regularly source new suppliers.
• Collaborate with other departments to determine purchasing needs and specifications.
• Prepare and process purchase orders while adhering to company policies.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Evaluate supplier performance and prepare performance reports.
• Resolve supplier grievances and claims against suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards.
• Reporting Savings & KPI’s
• Should have logistics knowledge (Road, Air & Ocean Freight)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation and supplier management.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and purchasing software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
