A leading landscaping company in Dubai is seeking a Procurement Engineer experienced in landscape civil engineering. The ideal candidate will have at least 35 years of procurement experience in UAE landscape projects, strong negotiation skills, and a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting project timelines with procurement actions.

Qualifications

• 35 years of procurement experience within UAE-based landscape construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of landscape materials vendors and market rates.
• Familiarity with FIDIC and local procurement standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and engage vendors for landscape materials and services.
• Prepare and review BOQs, RFQs, and technical specifications.
• Liaise with design and project teams for procurement alignment.
• Conduct evaluations of supplier proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and delivery schedules with vendors.
