Six Construct in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Procurement Engineer Marine Infrastructure to lead procurement of marine and heavy civil packages, coordinating with engineering, planning and commercial teams to protect schedules and budgets.

You will issue RFQs, perform techno-commercial evaluations, negotiate with suppliers, prepare procurement recommendations and award documents, and maintain procurement logs and delivery trackers to manage risks and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in construction in the Middle East, focus on civil marine projects.
• Experience conducting supplier audits to ensure quality and safety compliance.

Responsabilités

• Procure marine and infrastructure packages including piling systems, dredging, and marine plant; coordinate with engineering, planning and commercial teams.
• Prepare RFQs with accurate scope, drawings, specs and BOQs; manage design-constructability inputs.
• Perform techno-commercial evaluations and supplier clarifications; prepare comparison sheets.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery, logistics and marine constraints; issue awards and documentation.
• Maintain procurement logs, long-lead trackers and delivery schedules; ensure BESIX standards and ethics.

What You ll Drive

• Execute procurement of marine and infrastructure packages including Piling systems steel precast CFA bored piles Steel structures precast and in-situ concrete elements Dredging works and marine plant Fender systems bollards quay accessories Geotextiles rock armour revetments Temporary works materials and specialist subcontract packages Prepare RFQs with correct scope drawings specifications BOQs and method constraints Coordinate with Engineering on Design intent and constructability requirements Temporary works and marine methodology inputs Float enquiries to approved suppliers and specialist subcontractors Perform techno-commercial evaluations and prepare comparison sheets Conduct technical and commercial clarifications with suppliers and subcontractors Support negotiations on pricing delivery schedules logistics and marine constraints Prepare procurement recommendation and award documentation Issue LOIs POs subcontract agreements in accordance with approval limits Maintain procurement logs long-lead item trackers and delivery schedules Ensure compliance with BESIX procurement procedures and ethical standards orders and supplier records

You re a Great Fit If You Have

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is a must. Minimum of 5 years proven experience in procurement within the construction industry in the Middle East, with a focus on civil marine projects. Prior experience in KSA is highly preferred. Experience in conducting supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations.
