Key Criteria

• Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years in procurement of civil materials within real estate development or engineering consultancy environments. Exposure to contractor coordination is acceptable but must include direct developer/consultant-side responsibilities.
• Material Expertise: Strong knowledge of structural and finishing materials (e.g., concrete, rebar, blocks, waterproofing, insulation, façade systems). Familiarity with specification-driven sourcing and value engineering principles.
• Vendor Management: Proven ability to prequalify, negotiate, and onboard suppliers aligned with project specs and timelines. Experience in local and international sourcing preferred.
• Technical Coordination: Ability to interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical submittals to ensure material compliance. Liaise with design, QS, and site teams to align procurement with project milestones.
• ERP & Documentation: Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar). Skilled in preparing RFQs, comparison sheets, purchase orders, and maintaining procurement logs.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Experience working with consultants, project managers, and client representatives to ensure procurement aligns with project goals and budget constraints.
