Responsibilities:
Source and negotiate with suppliers for materials, furniture, and fixtures.
Prepare procurement plans and procurement schedules.
Evaluate supplier bids and select the best vendors based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
Issue purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
Maintain good supplier relationships and conduct supplier evaluations.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and project requirements.
Collaborate with project teams to understand material specifications and project timelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
Proven experience as a Procurement Engineer or similar role in interior fit-out or construction.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of procurement software and MS Office.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Immediate availability preferred.
