Job Summary

The Procurement Coordinator plays a pivotal role in facilitating seamless procurement operations within the organization. This position involves overseeing the procurement process from sourcing to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders, managing documentation, maintaining inventory levels, and contributing to strategic decision-making. The Procurement Coordinator is instrumental in maintaining compliance with procurement policies, negotiating contracts, and optimizing procurement processes to support organizational objectives. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities

Assist in purchase requisitions for the business needs.

Required Experience

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in spare parts procurement.
  • Excellent English and communication skills.
  • SAP experience is preferable.
  • UAE resident.
  • Immediate hire.

Desired Candidate Profile

Preferred Experience

  • Proven track record in coordinating and executing procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management.
  • Experience with international procurement, including knowledge of Incoterms and import/export regulations.
  • Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas.
