Procurement Coordinator - Temporary Role

Are you detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrive in a fast-paced environment?

We’re looking for a Procurement Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in managing the end-to-end procurement cycle — from sourcing to delivery. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally, driving operational efficiency, and building strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting purchase requisitions based on business needs
• Coordinating procurement operations with internal teams and suppliers
• Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and documentation
• Managing vendor relationships and contributing to contract negotiations
• Assisting in maintaining inventory and optimizing supply chain processes
• 2–3 years in spare parts procurement
• Strong communication and English language skills
• SAP experience preferred
• Must be a UAE resident
• Experience in international procurement & Incoterms
• Exposure to import/export regulations
• Background in managing procurement for multiple legal entities
