Procurement Management: Handle purchasing inquiries, primarily for Private Label Clients, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Manage the procurement process from inquiry through to confirmed order, optimizing timelines for efficiency. Maintain a solid understanding of the procurement lifecycle to ensure compliance with company policies.
Sourcing & Supplier Evaluation: Explore and identify sourcing opportunities for required materials and services. Evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring they meet the necessary criteria for quality, pricing, and delivery. Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for the company.
Contract & Order Management: Oversee contract management processes, ensuring all agreements align with company policies and requirements. Ensure orders are processed and confirmed promptly, minimizing lead times and delays.
Maintenance & Facility Management: Coordinate general maintenance tasks, including repairs and AMS (Annual Maintenance Service) for company facilities. Ensure office supplies are well-maintained and readily available to meet the needs of the business. Manage showroom and event fit-out jobs, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the necessary standards.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Use strong data analysis and Excel skills to monitor procurement trends, supplier performance, and overall supply chain efficiency. Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, cost savings, supplier performance, and other relevant KPIs.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations, to understand their procurement needs and ensure alignment with business goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams to facilitate smooth procurement processes.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess procurement processes for potential improvements in cost savings, efficiency, and effectiveness. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to enhance the procurement function.
Desired Candidate Profile
Familiarity with contract management and supplier management best practices.
Min 3 Years UAE exp in Procurement specially with perfume industry.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements in procurement.
Experience with facility management and handling maintenance/repair services.
Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently.
