Job description

Our client (one of the world’s most influential technology companies) is seeking a Procurement Compliance Lead to drive procurement governance, compliance, and process optimization across international operations.

In this high-impact role, you’ll be the key driver of policy development, compliance oversight, and continuous improvement across procurement categories and regional sourcing teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a compliance-focused procurement professional to work cross-functionally with stakeholders in Finance, Legal, and Internal Audit.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement global procurement policies and compliance frameworks.
Lead compliance enhancements across regional sourcing teams and category managers.
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify optimization and automation opportunities.
Set compliance KPIs and monitor policy adherence across regions.
Drive training, system upgrades, and change management initiatives.
Support audits and remediation planning for any procurement-related findings.
Tailor local procurement processes based on regional business needs.

Ideal Background :

Proven experience in Procurement, Sourcing, or Supply Chain Management within complex, multinational environments (e.g., Automotive, Technology, Retail, Industrial Goods).

Solid understanding of end-to-end procurement processes (PR-PO, TCO, supplier risk, compliance, governance).

Must have International procurement experience .

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Comfortable working in cross-cultural, global team environments.

Passion for compliance and continuous improvement.

Language :

Fluency in English is mandatory (spoken and written).

Chinese is highly preferred , as the role involves communication with China-based teams and review of documentation in Chinese / Mandarin.

Location :

Open to candidates with global exposure; preference for those with international procurement experience outside of China.
