Procurement Buyer
Main responsibilities are:
- To handle purchasing requests from different departments
- Engage with vendors for (RFPs, RFQs, contracts…etc)
- Receive and execute Purchase requisitions until Purchase Order is issued.
- Provide regular updates to management on the status of the projects/transactions he/she is handling.
- Negotiate with vendors for the best value for the bank.
- To cover General categories (e.g. HR, Professional services, Operations…etc)
Qualification
- Procurement experience, minimum 5 years (Essential)
- Experience with SAP Ariba (Preferable)
- Experience in Banking & Financial Service Institutions (Preferable)
- Procurement Certifications (CIPS or equivalent) (Preferable)
