Procurement Assistant
Job description
We are looking for a Purchasing Assistant to assist in the completion of the purchasing cycle for a group of companies' requirements.
Reporting to:
Procurement Manager / General Manager
Responsibilities:
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Issue Internal Purchase Orders for sister companies.
- Send inquiries to suppliers through email and follow up for quotes and offers.
- Register and update Supplier Information.
- Register and update Product Information.
- Issue Purchase Orders for Local Suppliers and submit for approval.
- Understand the technical requirements of the requesting department.
- Report all actions to the Manager.
Requirements and Skills:- Must be a Filipino citizen.
- Advanced skills in written and verbal English.
- Work experience as a Purchasing Assistant or in a similar role.
- Good understanding of supply chain procedures.
- Knowledgeable in Excel and Word.
Others:- Willing to work in Mussafah Industrial M11, Abu Dhabi.
- Male Applicant - Filipino.
- 1-2 years minimum work experience.
