We are currently recruiting a Procurement Analyst for our client to be based out of their Dubai Office.
Purpose-
The role involves Order support, supplier analysis, spend management, GRN support, contract support, cost optimization initiatives, and procurement process improvement.
Responsibility-
- Analyze procurement spending data and identify opportunities for cost reduction and value creation.
- Support sourcing and supplier selection processes through market research and supplier evaluations.
- Prepare Request for Quotations (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and bid comparison analyses.
- Evaluate supplier quotations based on technical and commercial requirements.
- Monitor procurement performance metrics and generate regular reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and demand forecasts.
- Conduct price benchmarking and market trend analysis to support sourcing strategies.
- Assist in contract negotiations and supplier performance reviews.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Support supplier onboarding, qualification, and risk assessment processes.
- Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement within procurement operations.
- Support inventory optimization and supply continuity initiatives where applicable.
Skills-
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Computer Science, or related discipline).
- Additional qualifications in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or CIPS certification will be an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Purchasing functions.
- Experience in engineering, manufacturing, construction, energy, technology, or industrial sectors preferred.
