Job Summary
The Procurement Analyst will support the procurement function by analyzing purchasing data, monitoring supplier performance, identifying cost‑saving opportunities, and ensuring efficient procurement processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze purchasing data to identify trends, cost‑saving opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
- Support supplier sourcing, evaluation, and onboarding processes.
- Monitor supplier performance metrics (quality, delivery, pricing) and address performance issues.
- Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and ensure accuracy of specifications, pricing, and delivery terms.
- Collaborate with internal departments (operations, logistics, finance, sales) to understand procurement needs and forecast demand.
- Conduct market research to identify new vendors, products, and price benchmarks.
- Maintain and update procurement records, databases, and reports.
- Support contract management activities, including reviewing terms and ensuring compliance with agreements.
- Assist with inventory analysis to ensure optimal stock levels and reduce excess or obsolete inventory.
- Prepare regular procurement reports for management review.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, purchasing, or related roles (experience in FMCG, distribution, or beverage industry is a plus).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and numerical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in procurement systems, ERP software, and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
