Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Processing Tasks:
  2. Handle end-to-end processing of new telecom service requests from SMB clients.
  3. Verify customer documents and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
  4. Coordinate with the sales team to validate order details and customer information.
  5. Process service activations, plan changes, upgrades, and disconnections within defined SLAs.
  6. Track and follow up on pending requests and escalations to ensure timely resolution.
  7. Maintain accurate logs of processing activities and update internal systems regularly.

Back Office Operations:

  1. Maintain and organize client data, contracts, and service-related documents.
  2. Generate regular reports related to order processing, activations, and client onboarding.
  3. Assist in resolving discrepancies related to customer accounts or documentation.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams like logistics, billing, and technical support.
  5. Support audits by ensuring documentation and process compliance.
  6. Handle internal coordination for smooth delivery of telecom solutions to SMB clients.

Requirements:

  1. Required Skills & Qualifications:
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.
  3. 1-3 years of experience in telecom operations, back office, or processing roles.
  4. Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry and documentation skills.
  5. Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and enterprise systems.
  6. Good communication and coordination skills.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
