Processing & Back Office Executive
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing Tasks:
- Handle end-to-end processing of new telecom service requests from SMB clients.
- Verify customer documents and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate with the sales team to validate order details and customer information.
- Process service activations, plan changes, upgrades, and disconnections within defined SLAs.
- Track and follow up on pending requests and escalations to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate logs of processing activities and update internal systems regularly.
- Back Office Operations:
- Maintain and organize client data, contracts, and service-related documents.
- Generate regular reports related to order processing, activations, and client onboarding.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies related to customer accounts or documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like logistics, billing, and technical support.
- Support audits by ensuring documentation and process compliance.
- Handle internal coordination for smooth delivery of telecom solutions to SMB clients.
Requirements
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in telecom operations, back office, or processing roles.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and enterprise systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
