The purpose of this role is to lead production and operations during shifts in a phosphate beneficiation plant. The site is greenfield, requiring guidance to achieve safe and smooth operation. The candidate must have hands-on competence to resolve problems swiftly with the team, without delays. Responsibilities include training team members, developing maintenance processes, and driving plant maintenance development during shifts.
The work location is in Jordan, and previous experience in similar environments and working with customer crews is essential.
