NES Fircroft is offering an opportunity in UAE (Dubai) for Process Schematic Designer.

Position: Process Schematic Designer

Location: Dubai, UAE

Contract: One year with possible extension

Key capabilities:

• SmartPlant P&ID administrator
• Coordinator of outsourced SmartPlant P&ID drafting teams
• Travel may be required to oversee teams in other countries such as India

The candidate will be responsible for administering and utilizing SmartPlant P&ID to develop and detail process design schematics, including:

• P&ID (Piping & Instrument Diagrams)
• PFD (Process Flow Diagrams)
• MSD (Material Selection Diagrams)
• PSfD (Process Safeguarding Diagram)

The SmartPlant P&ID database should be fully utilized to produce:

• Line lists
• Valve lists
• Instrument lists
• Etc.

Coordination with Process, Mechanical, and Instrumentation engineers based in Australia, Malaysia, Philippines, and UAE is required for database inputs.
