KBR is looking for a Process Manager for a PMC project with Feasibility Studies & Conceptual Design/Pre-FEED experience to be based at Abu Dhabi City.

Experience required:
  • 15+ years of experience in Process Engineering in large Gas/Refineries Projects, including 5 years in a supervisory role.
  • Manage the execution of in-house process studies, whether technical, conceptual, or optimization studies.
  • Lead process studies for gas plant optimization and modifications to contribute to achieving target production, better quality, and higher efficiency.
  • Lead the adequacy assessment of process units and utility systems.
  • Ensure that studies are "Fit for Purpose" and techno-economically viable based on detailed analysis.
  • Deep knowledge of main process simulation software, equipment sizing, and line sizing (e.g., Aspen HYSYS / HTRI / Pipesim).
  • Deep knowledge of main pipeline hydraulic software (TGNET & TLNET & SPS).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of gas processing plants, NGL recovery, NGL fractionation, and LNG plants.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sour gas processing, sulphur recovery units (SRUs), and sulphur handling.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of gas transportation and pipeline engineering.
  • Previous ADNOC projects and PMC experience are a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
