Job Summary/Main Purpose

Technical capabilities and quality culture for technical operations staff in Julphar.

Main Responsibilities

  • Impart training to technical training members continuously.
  • Participate in GMP audits and Health Authorities inspections.
  • Supporting the Issuing technical training plans and training materials.
  • Conduct training in different GxP topics.
  • Ensure the training effectiveness as a part of training programs implementation.

Additional KRAs

  • Organize, control and implement the capabilities development concept and integrate the related experience and knowledge across all Julphar technical departments.
  • Ensure to collaborate & work closely with all stakeholders in quality culture enhancement.

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skill to convey meaningful insights & information to all key stakeholders

Qualifications / Key Experiences / Functional Knowledge Requirements

  • Education: BSC in Science/ Engineering / Pharmacy Degree is required.
