Job summary

A leading Oil & Gas operator is seeking a skilled Process Lead with over 20 years of experience in the industry, including significant time in sour gas environments. The ideal candidate will have led projects through all phases, from FEED to commissioning, in a challenging and dynamic setting. This role requires strong expertise in gas processing and sulfur recovery processes, ensuring safety and efficiency in operations.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in Oil & Gas.
• 10+ years as a Lead Process Engineer in onshore projects with E&P Operator or Tier-1 Engineering/EPC Company.
• Experience in full-cycle execution of a gas processing plant.
• Familiarity with sulphur recovery processes is a plus.

Process Lead

Travel:

For the first 12-18 months, there will be travel and periods working with the contractor and engineering offices, wherever they are located.

Required Profile:

1. 20+ years of total career experience in Oil & Gas.
2. At least 10 years of experience as a Lead Process Engineer with extensive onshore oil & gas project experience with an E&P Operator or Tier-1 Engineering/EPC Company, including at least two projects in sour gas environments.
3. Contributed to a full-cycle execution of a gas processing plant (preferably with high sulfur content, around 10%) in an EPC or EPCM environment, from FEED through to commissioning and handover, managing safety and processing challenges.
4. Familiarity with sulphur recovery processes, including acid gas injection, is strongly preferred.
