Job Description - Process Engineer (Water / Wastewater) (DUB00EE):

Key Accountabilities

• Provide process engineering services for infrastructure and oil & gas projects involving water treatment (desalination) and wastewater (sewage, industrial effluent, produced water), including intakes, pumping stations, utilities, and drainage.
• Produce engineering deliverables such as calculations, simulations (UF, RO, Biological treatment), and study/design reports.
• Coordinate with Drafting personnel for drawings (BFD, PFDs, UFDs, P&IDs) and review of drawings.
• Ensure adherence to design guidelines, local standards, procedures, budgets, and schedules.
• Assist Lead Engineers and contribute to technical and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with other departments if required and ensure compliance with QA, safety, and environmental goals.
• Work within the Worley Quality Management System and follow HSE procedures, ensuring personal safety and safe working practices.

Job Specific Knowledge :

• Experience in engineering and design of water and wastewater treatment, preferably in oil and gas, with a good understanding of local and international standards.
• Knowledge of all design stages (feasibility, concept, FEED, detailed design) and process equipment (pumps, blowers, relief valves, hydraulics).
• Familiarity with various water and wastewater treatment technologies and experience with simulation software.

Job Specific Experience :

• Relevant design experience in industrial infrastructure, oil, and gas projects.

Preference will be given to candidates with :

• Experience working in the Middle East.
• Experience in industrial water and wastewater infrastructure/oil & gas projects.
