Job summary

Client of AIQU is seeking a Process Design Analyst to drive operational excellence by mapping and redesigning processes, mitigating risk, and developing SOPs and BRDs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, ensure compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in business or engineering, 3–8 years of hands-on process design and mapping experience, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–8 years of hands-on experience in process design and process mapping.
• Proven expertise in risk management and control assessment.
• Experience developing and maintaining SOPs.
• Strong proficiency in authoring BRDs.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end process design and reengineering workshops.
• Develop detailed process maps and workflow diagrams.
• Perform risk assessments and identify control gaps.
• Author and maintain standard operating procedures SOPs.
• Prepare business requirement documents BRDs for system and process changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to gather requirements.
• Support implementation of new processes and monitor performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization initiatives.
