Job summary

Client of LeadingEdge HR Solutions in Dubai is hiring a Process Automation Expert to drive automation across finance, HR and procurement using M365 and Azure. You will transform manual processes into scalable, AI-driven workflows leveraging Power Automate, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Graph, Azure Logic Apps and Copilot Studio.

You will design and implement end-to-end automation, collaborate with business users to document and standardize processes, and roll out enterprise AI initiatives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process automation with M365 (Power Automate, SharePoint) and Azure (Logic Apps, Functions)
• Strong expertise in workflow design, approvals, and process optimization
• Experience with Microsoft Graph, Copilot Studio, and enterprise AI tools (ChatGPT, M365 Copilot)
• Ability to translate business needs into automated solutions
• Excellent communication skills to work with business stakeholders
• UAE Based: Must be residing in the UAE
• Visa Status: Preferably hold a valid UAE visa (Golden Visa, Spouse Visa, or Self-Sponsored)
