Job summary

Job description

Reporting To: Group Automation Manager

Location: Dubai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Proficiency in Arabic is a plus, especially for effective communication with regional stakeholders and teams.

Purpose of the Role:

To lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of process optimization initiatives and intelligent automation strategies across the organization. The role focuses on business process engineering, end-to-end process mapping, performance measurement frameworks, and AI/automation enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and govern business process improvement and automation initiatives
  • Develop and monitor management information frameworks and KPIs
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships (internal and external)
  • Track project benefits and ensure value realization
  • Maintain business process mapping governance
  • Lead and manage team performance (as applicable)

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in process improvement and automation projects
  • Prior exposure to AI and next-gen automation tools
  • Strong background in industrial engineering, root cause analysis, data analysis, and project/change management
  • Advanced knowledge of tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power Automate, SharePoint, etc.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Desirable: Experience in the healthcare/hospital environment

Education & Certification:

  • Bachelor s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (required)
  • Professional Engineer registration with ECSA (required)
  • Strategic thinking, analytical ability, and decision-making
  • Planning and execution for operational excellence
  • Leading change and stakeholder engagement

  • Effective communication and influencing skills
