· The CCAM & BIR report covers financial and non-financial information (including company history, line of business, ownership and management information, import - export details, related entities, warehouse details and financial information) about the business activity of the Subject company. A proper due diligence is done on a subject company to validate the business activities and the management interview to check the background of the key personnel engaged in business.
· These reports help banks & clients to take credit decisions (whether to approve or decline the client application request).
· Perform proper Quality Check (QC) of each report prepared by the team.
· Requires financial knowledge to understand the financial position of the company.
· A proper rating should be given based on the information available in the report.
· Maintain proper error files for feedback purposes.
· Conduct logical checks and seek clarification from associates in case of any issues.
· Identify process gaps and work on improving them.
· Maintain proper MIS with TAT.
· Required to have good knowledge in research.
· Compliance knowledge is required.
· 2-3 years of experience.
· Bachelor’s Degree with specialization in finance/accounting/commerce.
· Good understanding of financial/businesses.
· Basic knowledge of the UAE market and the major industries in the country.
