Role Overview

As a member of our global Data & AI team, you will work on challenging projects across the energy industry. Combining strategic insights with advanced probabilistic solutions, domain expertise, and novel modeling techniques, you will develop methodologies and tools for reliability-based decision-making, enhancing the sustainability and reliability of our products and services.

Let’s Talk About You

Your Profile:

1. Advanced/Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or related fields; a PhD is a plus.
2. Hands-on experience in numerical simulations, data science, or machine learning.
3. Excellent analytical skills with expertise in statistical modeling, uncertainty quantification, failure analysis, and maximum likelihood estimation.
4. Experience with reliability analysis, lifetime modeling, and failure mechanisms (e.g., Weibull analysis).
5. Industry experience, preferably in the energy sector, is advantageous.
6. Strong team player with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
7. Customer-focused with excellent communication skills, comfortable in a global and multicultural environment.
8. Open-minded, eager to learn, and committed to continuous self-improvement.
9. Passionate about data, analytics, and deriving value from data across organizational ecosystems.
10. Proficient in English, with additional language skills considered a plus.
