The PRO Support coordinator is responsible for supporting the Public Relations Officer in managing day-to-day government-related documentation and coordination. This role plays a key part in ensuring that all employee visa processes, license renewals, and regulatory compliance tasks are completed accurately and on time. Responsibilities

The PRO Assistant will report to the Group Public Relations Officer.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in preparing and submitting visa applications, renewals, and cancellations for employees and dependents
  • Coordinate medical tests and Emirates ID appointments for onboarding and visa renewals
  • Support in preparing documentation required for government and free zone authorities
  • Follow up with external typing centers, courier services, and government agencies as needed
  • Track expiry dates for visas, Emirates IDs, trade licenses, and establishment cards, and notify the PRO in advance
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions, submissions, and approvals
  • Help manage online submissions through portals such as Tawasol, TAMM, and Smart Services
  • Handle internal coordination to collect required documents from employees and HR
  • Provide general administrative support to the PRO including scheduling, filing, and correspondence
  • Ensure all documentation is handled with confidentiality and aligned with company policies

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar administrative or PRO support role
  • Familiarity with UAE labour and immigration processes is a plus
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
