Medical Staff Talent seeks a private physician for a long-term family appointment in Abu Dhabi. The clinician will travel with the family and manage care largely on independent judgment, with visa and local coordination handled by the family’s advisers.

Who We Place: Private & Maternity Nurses, Physiotherapists & Osteopaths, Private & Concierge Physicians
We are introducing a UK & European-trained private physician to a private family in Abu Dhabi, with autonomous decision-making from the first day. Seasons away from Abu Dhabi, in London and beyond, are spent with the family and in your care, mostly under your own judgement. When you travel with the family, all local arrangements (visa, licensing and coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers. Your employer is the family, and the contract is between the two of you, so expectations around a long-term family appointment are clear from the start. Requirements A current UK or European registration as a family medicine physician (GP) is the starting point, confirmed by the issuing body. You should have worked no fewer than 2 years since qualifying, some of it in medical care. We consider private physicians trained and registered in the UK or Europe only, with no exceptions. Excellent spoken and written English is expected; discretion is treated as a clinical standard - a point the family raises early. We verify each private physician's registration, references and training before any introduction, so the family meets only a private physician we have vetted. Benefits The gross salary for this private physician post is £240,000 per year, with accommodation and travel included, set for a long-term family appointment in Abu Dhabi. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Accommodation within the family's residence is provided by the family, so you can focus on day-to-day medicine. You receive generous leave and regular flights home, both provided by the family; the dates are agreed in writing. The employment relationship is yours and the family's alone, which protects your autonomy as a private physician. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
