Who We Place: Private & Maternity Nurses, Physiotherapists & Osteopaths, Private & Concierge Physicians
A private family in Abu Dhabi seeks a UK & European-trained Concierge Physician for continuous, in-residence medical care.
Beyond Abu Dhabi, wherever the family chooses to spend time, the family relies on one clinician whose clinical assessment they already trust.
Medical Staff Talent verifies and introduces; the family alone is your employer and the other party to your contract.
Requirements
Our baseline is a medical degree and current registration as a family medicine physician (GP), registered in the UK or Europe.
The concierge physician should have 5 years of clinical work to draw on, reviewed in detail during assessment.
We judge the concierge physician against UK and European professional standards, since the standard of clinical assessment must be demonstrable.
Professional English and full confidentiality are both mandatory, and we confirm it at the verification stage.
The family's travel calendar will shape your own, while keeping the same precise standard of care.
Salary: £218,000 a year gross.
The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.
Free accommodation provided by the family.
Medical insurance covered.
Professional indemnity insurance is not included; the clinician arranges their own cover.
Time off is agreed in advance, and the family values long-standing relationships.
The family is the counterparty to your contract, on standards both sides can rely on.
Flights and travel are always paid for by the family.
Availability to begin within six weeks of offer.
Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.
Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
