We are seeking a highly organized and proactive PA to support the Lady of the house in managing her private and personal matters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a broad range of activities including running errands, managing the wardrobe, coordinating schedules, and liaising with household staff.

Proficiency and Skills:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Demonstrated phone etiquette skills, including answering and managing calls professionally.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptable and quick to learn new tasks and responsibilities.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the home office environment.
  • Proven experience as a Household manager, Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
  • Willingness to perform household tasks, including dishwashing, when needed.
