Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Accompany physicians on private medical visits at residences, hotels, executive accommodation, and other approved locations across Dubai.
• Provide safe, personalised nursing care according to individual clinical requirements and prescribed treatment plans.
• Assist physicians with patient assessments, examinations, procedures, and ongoing clinical monitoring.
• Measure and record vital signs while identifying changes that may require medical review or escalation.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with clinical protocols and professional nursing standards.
• Support patients presenting with acute healthcare concerns as well as individuals requiring assistance with chronic conditions.
• Maintain precise clinical records and ensure relevant information is available for continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families about medications, treatment instructions, health management, and appropriate follow-up.
• Coordinate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals when further investigation or treatment is required.
• Build professional relationships with patients and families while respecting cultural expectations and individual preferences.
• Protect patient confidentiality and exercise discretion when working with executives, VIP clients, international visitors, and high-profile individuals.
• Maintain a polished and reassuring professional presence across residential and hospitality environments.
• Follow DHA regulations, clinical governance requirements, infection prevention procedures, and patient safety standards.
• Travel between healthcare visits throughout Dubai according to operational schedules and patient requirements.
• Contribute to a consistent premium patient experience without compromising evidence-based clinical practice.

Ideal Profile

• DHA license as a Registered Nurse is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of post-registration nursing experience.
• Currently residing and working within the United Arab Emirates.
• Relevant background may include hospital, outpatient, emergency, medical-surgical, community, private, executive, or VIP healthcare.
• Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, patient monitoring, and documentation capabilities.
• Excellent spoken English with confident and professional patient communication.
• Able to engage comfortably with patients from different nationalities, cultures, and professional backgrounds.
• High standards of confidentiality, discretion, emotional intelligence, and professional conduct.
• Comfortable travelling to different patient locations throughout Dubai.
• VIP healthcare, executive health, hospitality healthcare, or premium patient service experience is highly desirable.
• Experience supporting senior executives, private families, or high-net-worth patients is advantageous.
• Arabic language capability is an additional advantage.
• Nursing education and clinical training from the United Kingdom, Ireland, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, or Western Europe is preferred.
• Experienced Filipino Registered Nurses currently living and working in the UAE are also encouraged for the role.
