Role Context The VIP Homecare Nurse will provide dedicated one-to-one clinical support within private residences and premium client environments. Unlike a conventional ward-based position, this role requires the nurse to combine clinical competence with discretion, adaptability, cultural awareness, and exceptional personal service. The nurse will support ongoing health needs, coordinate with physicians and allied healthcare professionals, maintain accurate clinical information, and accompany patients during international travel. The position is suited to a highly experienced nursing professional who can maintain continuity of care while working independently and responding calmly to changing patient requirements across different locations.
- Deliver personalized one-to-one nursing care based on individual patient needs, clinical instructions, and established care plans.
- Monitor vital signs, general health status, symptoms, and changes in patient condition.
- Administer prescribed medications accurately and monitor treatment response.
- Maintain clear, timely, and confidential clinical records.
- Support chronic disease management and ongoing healthcare requirements.
- Observe patients for changes in condition and escalation clinical concerns to the appropriate physician when required.
- Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, allied healthcare professionals, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
- Accompany patients to medical appointments, investigations, treatments, and specialist consultations.
- Support continuity of care when patients travel internationally.
- Travel extensively throughout Europe, North America, and other destinations as required by the assignment.
- Prepare for international travel by ensuring relevant medications, clinical documentation, and patient care requirements are appropriately organized.
- Adapt nursing routines and care delivery to changing locations, schedules, and patient circumstances.
- Provide professional nursing support within private residences, hotels, luxury environments, and travel settings.
- Build trusted working relationships with patients and family members while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.
- Protect patient privacy and maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding personal, medical, and household information.
- Communicate clearly with patients, relatives, physicians, and care team members in both Arabic and English.
- Follow established infection prevention, medication safety, and clinical governance requirements.
- Support patients with long-term healthcare needs while encouraging comfort, safety, independence, and adherence to treatment plans.
- Maintain readiness for travel at short notice and for extended overseas assignments.
- Work flexibly according to patient schedules, health requirements, and international travel arrangements.
- Contribute to seamless handovers between physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals.
- Maintain a calm, respectful, and service-focused approach in culturally diverse and high-profile environments.
- Ensure clinical supplies and essential patient-care items are available and appropriately maintained.
- Respond professionally to urgent health concerns and follow agreed escalation procedures.
- Qualified Registered Nurse with recognized professional registration.
- Minimum 5 years of post-registration nursing experience.
- Fluent Arabic and English language skills are mandatory.

- Previous experience in VIP nursing, private nursing, homecare, long-term care, or hospital environments is preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills.
