Job summary

Al-Futtaim Health in Dubai is seeking an experienced DHA-licensed Registered Nurse to join our Private Medical Services team. You will work with physicians delivering physician-led care to VIP clients in residences, hotels, and hospitality settings across Dubai.

The role emphasizes high-quality nursing, discretion, patient education, and exceptional service for high-net-worth individuals while maintaining clinical governance and regulatory standards. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• DHA licensed registered nurse (mandatory)
• Currently resides and works in the UAE
• Minimum 3 years post-registration nursing experience
• Experience in VIP/private healthcare, hospital, outpatient, emergency, medical-surgical, or community settings
• Excellent English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Accompany physicians during healthcare visits throughout Dubai.
• Deliver high-quality nursing care within private residences and hospitality environments.
• Support patient assessments and clinical monitoring.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Support patients with acute and chronic healthcare needs.
• Provide patient education and healthcare guidance.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all interactions.
• Build trusted relationships with patients and their families.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and clinical governance standards.
