  • Partner with Culinary, Nutrition, QA, Supply Chain, Commercial, Marketing, Growth, Operations, and Finance teams to bring products to market.
  • Develop pricing and commercial strategies that balance customer value, competitiveness, and profitability.
  • Manage product specifications, packaging, labeling, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor sales, margins, customer feedback, and category performance to continuously optimize the portfolio.
  • Lead product launches and ensure smooth go-to-market execution across Marketplace and retail channels.
  • Build business cases, forecast demand, and manage product profitability with Finance.
  • Optimize the assortment by identifying opportunities to launch new SKUs and retire underperforming products.
  • Track key portfolio KPIs and drive initiatives that improve revenue, margins, quality, and customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in Private Label, Category Management, Product Management, Buying, FMCG, Retail, or Food Manufacturing.
  • Proven experience taking consumer products from concept through commercialization.
  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with experience managing product P&Ls or category performance.
  • Experience working with manufacturers, suppliers, and contract producers.
  • Strong understanding of food product development, packaging, labeling, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple launches simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; experience with BI tools is a plus.
