Mira Search, a top HR agency in Dubai, is recruiting for an internal aviation project specializing in private jet charter brokerage. This service delivers premium quality to clients and operators alike. We're seeking a new team member to join our fresh Sales Team to support regular charter flights.
Responsibilities:
- Execute high volumes of cold calls and outreach to engage new clients and generate leads proactively;
- Apply deep expertise in the business aviation sector to drive client acquisition;
- Utilize thorough knowledge of the aviation market, including aircraft types, operator networks, and regulatory standards;
- Leverage an extensive network of industry contacts to open new business channels;
- Exhibit exceptional communication and negotiation skills to establish strong client relationships;
- Use aviation software proficiently for accurate flight planning and booking coordination;
- Organize and conduct client meetings, identifying prospects through strategic cold outreach;
- Maintain flexibility for frequent travel and extended hours as required to meet client acquisition goals and operational needs.
Requirements:
- Conversational English;
- Aviation experience as a broker;
- Ability to work with high-net-worth clients (UHNW).
Work Location: Office in the Dubai center;
Office Hours: Monday to Saturday (6-1) in the aviation community of professionals;
Travel: Participation in aviation exhibitions, meetings, and events;
Office Location: Dubai Hills Estate (only Dubai office format);
