Job description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality meals tailored to the family's preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Plan and execute menus with variety, creativity, and cultural authenticity.
  • Ensure the kitchen maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Manage inventory, including food supplies, spices, and kitchen tools.
  • Maintain proper food storage and freshness standards.
  • Collaborate with household staff to ensure timely and seamless meal services.

Job Requirements:

  • Nationality: Sri Lankan
  • Gender: Female
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a professional kitchen (preferably 5-star hotel/restaurant experience)
  • Age Range: 35 to 45 years
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in Sri Lankan and international cuisines
    • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
    • Ability to adapt to dietary requirements and family preferences
    • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
