YOSH HOSPITALITY LLC OPC is seeking a Private Executive Chef to prepare high-quality, tailored meals for a private household in Abu Dhabi. The role requires managing all kitchen operations, including menu planning, purchasing, preparation, service and maintaining kitchen standards.

The candidate should have experience as an executive or private chef, strong culinary skills across cuisines, and the ability to plan menus that meet dietary requirements, allergies, and lifestyle preferences.

Responsabilités

• Plan and prepare bespoke menus for daily meals, special occasions and private events.
• Prepare and present meals to a high standard, adapting to service requirements.
• Discuss preferences, dietary needs and allergies with household members.
• Source, purchase and manage ingredients, stock, and kitchen supplies.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene, safety, and labeling, and monitor equipment.
