Private Equity Research Analyst

Position Overview:

PR Research provides comprehensive, reliable support throughout the sales process by delivering accurate market research, timely meeting briefs, and diligent pipeline analytics. This role ensures that all Partner Relations team members are consistently informed, prepared, and equipped at every stage of pipeline management and engagement with prospective Fund Manager Partners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare detailed, accurate meeting briefs at least one business day before all scheduled CQL interactions and internal pipeline reviews.
2. Maintain precise pipeline analytics and ensure CRM systems are consistently updated with reliable data, facilitating transparent pipeline tracking.
3. Conduct targeted market and competitive research to identify and validate prospective FMP opportunities aligned with departmental objectives.
4. Proactively support Greenstone stakeholders by ensuring reliable data, accurate market intelligence, and timely analytical insights throughout the sales process.
5. Provide agile and responsive research support during outreach and lead qualification processes.
6. Assist PR Relationship Managers by preparing customized prospecting materials, due diligence analyses, and supporting documentation to ensure effective pipeline progression.
7. Continuously monitor industry and market developments, promptly sharing actionable insights with relevant team members.
8. Adhere strictly to compliance standards and maintain high accuracy and professionalism in all research activities.
9. Complete additional projects and participate in other departmental initiatives as requested.
