Job summary

Novus Executives partners with a leading global investor to identify an experienced Associate for their Technology Private Equity team. The role targets late-stage growth and buyout opportunities in the technology sector globally.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) with at least four years in investment banking or private equity, and direct investor-side PE experience is mandatory, preferably in mid- to large-cap funds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in investment banking and/or private equity.
• Direct private equity investor-side experience mandatory, with mid- to large-cap focus.
• Tech/software domain expertise or tech-adjacent sector experience.
• Strong analytical skills and a solid financial toolkit (financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, etc.)

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or MBA preferred)

• Direct private equity (investor-side) experience is mandatory, with preference for those in mid- to large-cap buyout funds


• Domain expertise in tech/software, or tech-adjacent sectors.
