As a Private Equity Associate, you will be involved in all aspects of the investment lifecycle, from deal sourcing and execution to value creation and exit strategy. The role will require strong financial modelling, analytical acumen, and strategic thinking, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across internal teams and with portfolio companies. With a disciplined approach to long-term value creation, the firm partners with experienced management teams to drive operational growth and strategic transformation. As part of their expanding private equity platform, they are seeking a high-calibre Associate to join their team and play a key role in evaluating new investments and supporting active portfolio management. Description * Conduct financial analysis, valuation modelling (DCF, LBO, comparables), and due diligence for new investment opportunities. * Assist in preparing investment committee presentations and transaction materials. * Support execution of transactions including deal structuring, negotiation, and coordination with legal and financial advisors. * Monitor existing portfolio companies, including tracking performance, financial reporting, and identifying value creation initiatives. * Conduct industry research and stay informed on relevant market trends to support investment theses. * Build relationships with external stakeholders including advisors, bankers, and industry experts.
