We are working with a leading institutional investment platform seeking a highly motivated Investment Analyst to join their real estate team in Dubai. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to gain end-to-end exposure to the full investment lifecycle, with a strong focus on direct real estate investments, fund commitments, and co-investments across global markets.

The successful candidate will support senior investment professionals in managing an active real estate portfolio and assessing new investment opportunities. The role is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in financial modeling and valuation, particularly within a real estate context.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Management (Active Portfolio Oversight)

• Assist in performance monitoring and reporting for existing real estate investments.
• Prepare bi-annual valuation models and maintain ongoing asset-level financial analysis.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews with asset managers and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to annual and multi-year treasury forecasting processes.
• Provide analytical support for refinancing and new debt arrangements.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to support asset-level and strategic decision-making.
• Support budget planning processes in collaboration with corporate finance teams.

New Investment Evaluation

• Conduct macroeconomic, sectoral, and market research to identify potential opportunities.
• Perform in-depth financial modeling and valuation to assess expected returns.
• Participate in transaction due diligence, including review of advisor findings.
• Contribute to investment committee materials and internal recommendations.

Candidate Profile

Essential Experience & Skills

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in real estate investment, ideally from a sovereign wealth fund, investment bank, or private equity firm.
• Strong track record in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution.
• Exposure to active investment or asset management within real estate is advantageous.
• Proven analytical ability and commercial acumen in an investment context.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification (e.g., MBA, Master in Finance/Management) is highly desirable.
• Professional certifications such as CFA or ACA are preferred if a postgraduate degree is not held.
