A Private Equity Investment Analyst role with a Global Asset Manager. Client Details The client is a global investment manager specializing in alternative investments with a multi-billion dollar AUM. Description Deal Sourcing and Evaluation: • Analyze potential investments through financial modeling, due diligence, and valuation analysis. • Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal investment committees. Transaction Execution: • Support the execution of investment transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and negotiation. • Coordinate with legal, commercial, accounting, and other advisors. Portfolio Management: • Monitor the performance of portfolio companies and identify opportunities for value creation. • Work with management team and board members in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives. Other: • Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, advisors, and potential investment targets. • Contribute to fundraising activities and investor relations. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments.
